Weight Range

0.1 kg to 500 kg per piece. From small precision components to large structural forgings.

Tolerance

Down to ±0.2 mm on critical dimensions. ISO 2768-m or tighter on request.

Maximum Dimensions

Parts up to 1200 mm in length, 800 mm width. Complex geometries possible with custom dies.

Quality Standards

Process control per ISO 9001. Material certifications, dimensional reports, NDT included.

Hot Forging — 1,000–5,000 ton presses with automatic feeding and temperature control.

Heat Treatment

Heat Treatment — normalizing, quenching, tempering, annealing, and aging. Controlled atmosphere furnaces.

CNC Machining

CNC Machining — 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers for finish machining of forgings.

Surface Finishing

Surface Finishing — shot blasting, phosphating, painting, and Dacromet coating.

NDT Testing

Non-Destructive Testing — ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MPI), and dimensional inspection.

Assembly

Assembly & Kitting — sub-assembly, welding, and packaging for direct delivery to your production line.
